UNIZIK VC Hosts Primate of All Nigeria on Courtesy visit
As Primate prays for VC’s success

The Vice-Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka, Professor Ugochukwu Bond Stanley Anyaehie, has received the Archbishop, Metropolitan and Primate of All Nigeria, Most Rev. (Dr.) Henry Ndukuba, in his office during a courtesy visit marked by prayers and words of encouragement.
The Primate was accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Angela E. Ndukuba, President of the Mothers’ Union (Mama Nigeria), alongside other senior clergy.
During the visit, Most Rev. Ndukuba offered prayers for the Vice-Chancellor’s administration and drew inspiration from the biblical account of Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, assuring Prof. Anyaehie that steadfast faith in God — the ultimate source of knowledge and wisdom — would guarantee success in his leadership journey.
He also reaffirmed the Church’s continued spiritual support for the University’s progress.
The Primate emphasized the importance of collective commitment and collaboration in advancing the Vice-Chancellor’s vision for the institution.
In his response, Prof. Anyaehie expressed deep appreciation for the visit and prayers, acknowledging God’s grace as the foundation of his achievements and reaffirming his commitment to faith-driven leadership.
He noted that the University’s engagements and decisions are guided by Christian values and principles.
