EYAF @ 10: Foundation Celebrates Ude-Akpeh’s Birthday, Says His Leadership Has Sustained Growth

The Elite Youths of Anam Foundation (EYAF) has honoured its BOT Chairman, Pharmacist Dr. Emman Ude-Akpeh, on his birthday, crediting his leadership and support for helping the organisation remain strong over the past 10 years.
The celebration comes as EYAF gears up for its 10th anniversary, scheduled for December 5, 2026.
In a statement jointly signed by President Dr. Christopher Ejike Anekwe and Secretary JohnPaul Udoba, the foundation described Ude-Akpeh as a consistent benefactor, mentor and guiding force behind its programmes. “Ude-Akpeh's leadership is one of the reasons EYAF has persevered, prospered and is now waxing stronger over the years,” the statement said.
The organisation praised his contributions to initiatives that have touched the lives of families, graduates and community groups, adding that his counsel and goodwill have helped shape EYAF's growth.
Ude-Akpeh, a former Permanent Secretary in Anambra State, served in the Ministries of Culture and Tourism, Transportation, Environment, and the Office of the Secretary to the State Government.
Reflecting on his decade of service to the foundation, EYAF said: “We recognise that much of the foundation we stand on today was laid by his quiet commitment and steady hands.”
The organisation prayed for his continued good health, strength and fruitful years of service to Ndi Anam and humanity.
