Idemili South APGA Mayorial Candidate, Hon. Ilogbenu Advises Akwuukwu Women On Home Building and Child Upbringing
.Seeks Women’s Support Ahead of LG Elections, Pledges Inclusive Government

The APGA Mayoral Candidate for Idemili South LGA, Hon. Oluchukwu Ilogbenu (Olutek) has advised women of Akwuukwu to remain committed to home building and proper child upbringing.
Hon. Ilogbenu gave the advice during the Akwuukwu Women’s 2026 August General Meeting which held at Akwuukwu Women's hall.
He described women as the custodians of culture and the bedrock of every society.
Ilogbenu urged them to intensify efforts in instilling discipline, moral values, and unity in their homes, noting that strong families are key to building a better community and curbing social vices.
Speaking further, Hon. Ilogbenu sought the support of Akwuukwu women in the forthcoming Local Government elections billed for August 29, 2026 assuming them of an inclusive government that would benefit women and youths maximally.
The APGA candidate said he would follow the footsteps of His Excellency, Governor Chukwuma Soludo (Oluatuegwu) and the workaholic outgoing Mayor of Idemili South, Hon. Mrs. Amaka Obi, towards ensuring that more developmental projects and programmes reach the grassroots.
The Akwuukwu Improvement Union AIU Women Wing Community Women Leader Mrs Sussana Ezeh commended Hon. Ilogbenu for his message and promised to mobilize support for him and APGA in the upcoming elections.
