Idemili North Legislative Congress Leader 's Mum, Ma Susanna Anikpe Buried Amidst Tributes at Nkpor

The Mayor of Idemili North Local Government Area, Hon Stanley Nkwoka (Ochendo Idemili), SPAD To Gov Soludo on Chieftaincy and LG affairs, Hon Barr Asha Nnabuife, Deputy Mayor, Lady Phina Onwuachu, Secretary to the INLGA, Hon Paul Chidubem Okoye and the La creme de la creme of Idemili North came out en masse to commiserate with the Leader INLGA Legislative Council, Hon Samuel Arinze Anikpe who buried his mum over the weekend.
Late Mrs Sussana Elizabeth Ada Anikpe (Nee Okoye) died at a ripe age of 85 years with children and many grandchildren left to mourn her.
Expressing his condolences at Mgbachu Nkpor Uno, Hon. Stanley Nkwoka prayed God to give the Anikpe's family the fortitude to bear the loss of their mother.
"Take heart, what happened to you happened to all of us. Your mother lived a life worthy of emulation. It is children that should bury their mother and not the other way round. Today, God has helped you give your mother a befitting burial," he said.
Former Chairman INLGA and SPAD To Gov Soludo, Hon Barr. Asha Nnabuife encouraged the family of Anikpe praying that the children left behind would continue in the legacies of their mother who was a devout Christian.
The Leader of the Idemili North Congress of Councillors, Hon Samuel Arinze Anikpe described her mum as as example of motherhood who left many legacies behind for her family and other community women.
"I have mixed feelings. Firstly, I am not happy that my mum is late. Secondly, I am happy that God made it possible for us to have the resources to give our mum a befitting burial.
"My mother was everything you can think of a mother. A complete woman worthy of emulation. She was caring, God fearing, hardworking, hospitable, peace loving and accommodating. Infact, she led a good life," said Anikpe.
Furthermore, the Number 3 Citizen of Idemili North LGA after thanking God for a successful burial ceremony appreciated the Idemili North Mayor, Deputy Mayor, SLG, all the Councilors, Political appointees, All Progressive Grand Alliance party stalwarts, Mmilimalugo Ideani,Oputaifeadi Nonso ,relatives, well wishers and his wife Mrs Ebelechukwu Anikpe (Nwanyimakaliaibeya).
Other Dignitaries present to show their last respect to Ma Anikpe as she was committed to mother earth include: CEO Casto Diva Hotel & Suites, Chief Sunny Ebunam, Idemili North APGA Chairman, Hon Ekwo, Mmilimalugo Ideani Chief Izuchukwu Enenwa, Former House of Representatives Member Hon Dr C.
